Starting with 2003 when Matei Conf Grup was founded, we’ve devoted to the objective of progressively growing, a healthy growth that will generate a sustainable organisational over time.
The main activity of our company is the manufacturing and commercialization of Personal Protective Equipment in category I - simple design PPE, category II - neither simple, nor complex design equipment and category III - complex design equipment, for both national and international market.
In 2003 the company had one employee; in 2005 the team was made of 23 persons while in 2015 the company has reached 160 employees and a turnover of 3.6 million euros. Matei Conf Grup is endowed with high performing equipment that covers the entire technological flow, while the whole production is being checked both in-process and at the end by our Quality Control Responsible. These machineries along with the highly specialized personnel allow the manufacturing of an average of 15.000 pieces per month.
Along with the activity extension, the next step was the implementation of an INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM at all company’s levels, so we gradually implemented:
Moreover, as a proof of our concern and engagement in creating performant Personal Protective Equipment, the administrator of Matei Conf Grup has been appointed as the representative of Personal Protective Equipment manufacturers within the Advisory Committee of OC ICSPM-CS, part of “Alexandru Darabont – National Institute of Research – Development for work safety” in Bucharest.
